Feel. here. now.
Trained as a contemporary dancer, I spent years working with Rambert, Richard Alston Dance Company and English National Ballet, where I was founding artist for their Dance for Parkinson's hub in Ipswich. Drawing on my yoga training, I've since developed my own trauma-informed approach to dance that shapes everything I teach.
As co-director of Glass House Dance, I've spent 12 years turning public spaces into pop-up dancefloors.
I've practised yoga for 20 years and taught for 12. My classes are varied, thoughtful and inclusive, always with an emphasis on how it feels, never on how it looks.
I also bring movement into places you wouldn't expect to find it. As Associate Artist for Suffolk Community Libraries, I've been creating ways to weave dance, creativity and connection to nature into libraries and other everyday civic spaces, helping people pause, reconnect and feel a bit more human in the middle of their day.
Whatever the space, a mat, a stage or a street corner, my work comes back to one belief: that movement, done with care and honesty, changes how we relate to ourselves and each other.
