Feel.Here.Now
You're in safe hands. My classes are about how it feels, not how it looks, and they're as light-hearted as they are meaningful.
Come for an hour of feeling good, and leave carrying a little more ease into the rest of your life.
Yoga with me moves with the seasons, not against them. In brighter months we build strength and energy, in darker months we slow down and restore, so there's always a reason behind what we're doing, not just a routine. It's always about how it feels, never how it looks.
Whether you're brand new to yoga or returning after time away, there's a place for you here. No experience, tight leggings, or ability to touch your toes required, just an open mind and a sense of humour.
Dance with me is a place to lose yourself and find yourself, all at once.
Expect simple sequences and freestyle invitations, in a warm, welcoming, no-pressure space where it's all about how it feels, never about getting the steps right. It ticks all five ways to wellbeing (connect, take notice, give, be active, keep learning), though you'll likely just notice you feel good.
Whether you've danced all your life or never once, there's a place for you here. No experience necessary, just a willingness to join in with as much or as little as you'd like.
What to expect
Wear whatever you can move comfortably in, tight leggings are not required! Bring a bottle of water or flask of tea. For mat-based classes, please bring your own, but I supply all other props you’ll need for the class.
